RETURN POLICY (COVID-19 UPDATE)
We will not be accepting returns of any merchandise until further notice.
In order to protect our employees and our customers from any additional risk, we have made the decision to change our merchandise return policy.
We continue to closely monitor the rapidly evolving situation and make decisions that allow us to operate clean, open and stocked stores to serve our customers and support our associates. Out of an abundance of caution, we made the decision to temporarily suspend returns to protect the safety of our associates and customers.
In a case of damaged item, please take pictures of both ‘damaged box’ and ‘damaged items’ and send it to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number within 5 Business days upon receiving. We will send you a complimentary replacement for the damaged item you received.
