All of our flavors on the Coco Lites contain 16 calories per piece EXCEPT for the Whole Wheat flavor due to the fiber ingredients. The calories vary on our PopBitez, Poppotato, & Popcassava products.
Our products are made with natural fresh ingredients. All ingredients vary per flavor.
Shelf life for Coco-Lite & PopBitez products is 180 days while the shelf life for PopCassava & PopPotato is 270 days
We suggest to keep our products in a cool/dry environment since there is no need to refrigerate.

You can add any kind of spreads or dips such as Hummus, Guacamole, Salsa Roja, Nutella, Cream Cheese, Peanut Butter, Jelly, etc.
Also, you can make a sandwich by adding tuna or chicken salads.
